Calder Tower is an exciting mixed use project with 39 storeys in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. The project is located at the SE corner of 4th Ave and Van Buren. Downtown Phoenix is currently showing a 6% vacancy rate for office space, and a surge of interest in living in the emerging downtown core.
