Kim C. Kristoff

As a founding principal of Mercury Development, Kim Kristoff reflects a strong background in real estate development. He received his architectural education at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, before establishing The Pace Group, a leading design/build firm in the 1980s. He went on to co-found Tandem Development Corporation, a real estate development company in the Washington D.C. metro region where he has been involved with over 10 million square feet in a variety of project types with numerous institutional partners in North America. His energy and enduring interest in real estate attest to Mercury’s desire to accomplish a variety of projects.

Virginia Senior,LEED AP

Virginia Senior, founding principal of Mercury Development, brings over fourteen years of successful business insight to the firm. Her acute sense of style and dedication to higher standards blend effectively with a deep sense of responsibility for environmental sustainability and the urban environment. Virginia directs the zoning, architectural engineering and interior planning and design evolution of Mercury Development projects while continuing to direct Senior Rae Kristoff Architects (SRK), a separate firm located in downtown Phoenix.
